How are online consults/telehealth conducted?

Virtual consults are conducted either via Zoom. Once you have booked in for a consult, a message will be sent to you asking to confirm which platform would be suitable for you. Once that is determined, a link will be emailed to you to join into a consult. Please note that online consults will only involve herbal medicine with some advise to dietary and lifestyle changes where applicable.

Will I be able to do an online consult/telehealth if I do not live in Australia?

Absolutely! Depending on your time zone, you can book in for a consult. Before you book in for a consult, please send me an email for a different set of fees. Fees stated on this website are for Australia wide only.

Are there any process that I should know of prior to my consultation?

Yes. There are a few details that we need to confirm on prior to your consultation. Please allow time to for this before you book in

  • An informed consent form will be emailed to you prior to your consultation. You must fill and sign the consent form and to be email back to us prior to starting your online consultation. The virtual consult cannot proceed without a filled and signed consent form.

  • An online guideline will be emailed together with the consent form prior to your consultation. Please read carefully what I will require from you. I will require photos of your tongue (the tongue forms part of Chinese medicine diagnosis), and if you are after a skin/dermatology consult, I will require photos of your skin condition.

How shall I pay for my consult?

In the online guideline, there will be bank details of where the fees will be transferred into. An invoice will be emailed soon after we finish with the online consult.

When will I receive my herbs?

Once we have received your fee (this might take a few days to clear), the herbal formula will be made up and posted to you via Australia post. In general, this may take up to 2-3 days if there are no delays.

Where does the herbs comes from and how do I take the herbs?

The dispensed powdered herbs comes from a reputable manufacture in Taiwan (KPC Herbs) and is TGA (Therapeutic Goods Australia) approved. During the consult, we will discuss how the herbs are taken, dosage and frequency of intake.
